Machine Winding

The process of making polyester GFK pipes – It is carried out using a wet process on a working machine, which enables the winding of the glass reinforcement (roving thread, fabrics, ..) by adding different polyester resins.

After hardening, the tubes are mechanically removed from the machine and disassembled on the recording device.

Hand Laminate

Application of various polyester resins and glass reinforcements on pre-prepared molds, tools. It is used for the production of finished GFK products as well as for joining various composites into finished products. The procedure allows the joining of various composites in the field (eg PVC – GFK, concrete – GFK).

After hardening, the tubes are mechanically removed from the machine and disassembled on the recording device.

Spray Up

The simultaneous spraying process of different polyester resins and glass reinforcement. This process allows for the gradual simultaneous spraying of polyester resin and sewn glass fibers to the desired thickness of the product.ished GFK products as well as for joining various composites into finished products. The procedure allows the joining of various composites in the field (eg PVC – GFK, concrete – GFK).

Vakuum

A process for the processing of various polyester resins and glass reinforcements in a two-sided tool, which is hermetically sealed using a vacuum. In this process, the glass reinforcement on the dry is loaded onto the mold, the tool seals hermetically and initiates a polyester resin by means of a vacuum. After hardening, the tool opens, the product decomposes and goes into further processing.

After hardening, the tubes are mechanically removed from the machine and disassembled on the recording device.

Infusion

The process of processing various polyester resins and glass reinforcements in a one-sided tool, which is closed with foil and vacuum. In this process, the glass reinforcement is applied dry onto the mold, the tool is sealed with the aid of a foil and the polyester resin initiates by means of a vacuum. After hardening, the tool opens, the product decomposes and goes into further processing. The vacuum and infusion procedure is more user-friendly for both the working and

the living environment.
